  1. 1. Loosen the two front straps to increase the size of the straps. Place arms through each strap.<\/li>\n
  2. 2. Adjust the front straps until you feel the straps are holding your shoulders correctly<\/li>\n
  3. 3. Ask a friend to adjust the back strap until comfortable, otherwise remove the posture corrector and try different positions until comfortable.<\/li>\n
